PVE Progression
Some players are unable to make our standard raid schedules, and also, with the preponderance of DPS and a select few stalwart healers and true tanks, instancing can be difficult. We will be effecting the following changes:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:00pm ST - Organized 5-Man Instance 1
7:00pm ST - Organized 5-Man Instance 2
Sundays
1:00pm ST - Old World Instances for those still leveling to Northrend
Raiding
Once AT and SC has a combined raid roster capable of pursuing 10-man raids, we will begin scheduling 10-man raids. We expect this to occur in two to three weeks.
RP and the Metagame System
There were some concerns from a few players about possibly adding a fourth faction to our Roster, and an idea around a freelance Mercenary Faction that in and of itself has no points, but could be "leased" out to another faction on a per turn contract basis. I like this idea. However, the Metagame system is still new and largely unproven and I don't want to toy with it just yet. So, we'll give the system some time to mature and will revisit this idea. The Mercenary order can still exist and RP as such and I'm completely open to that, but for now, there's no point attachment for it.

I expect the Metagame to begin on Monday
PVP: Arenas
Our Wednesdays for PVP BG's has received less than sparkling attendance. Insight from the meeting was solid. You don't need the guild to BG. BG's can be done on an individual basis. So, our focus as a guild in PVP will revolve around Arenas.
AT will sponsor 2 sets of teams. One team will be open invitation to any wanting to regularly arena and farm it and will be led by Tarthys. There will be 2,3, and 5 man incarnations of this team. It's a good way to learn, get some arena points, and Tarthys is a great teacher.
The second team will be more for our PVP Focused Players. It will be led by one expert, and that person will pick and choose who gets to be on the team. They can impose requirements on gear and specc. This team is not for the casual PVP'er. If you are casual or don't want to have your PVP specc and gear mandated, join Tarthys' team. I'd like Brut, Brox, Danienn, or Taros to lead this group. I'll wait and see who is most interested in running it.
